Events and Projects

CLPC fulfills its mission through events and projects that better the community and bring together the variety of citizens live and work in the area. Three annual events sponsored by CLPC are the Annual Meeting, National Night Out, and the Loring Park Winter Solstice Celebration. Citizens for a Loring Park Community is also involved in the beautification and restoration projects in the Loring Park neighborhood. Currently CLPC is working on two of these projects, The Nicollet Avenue Project and Restorative Justice.

Funding

CLPC is funded through grants from the State of Minnesota and The City of Minneapolis. CLPC is also thankful for the generous time and effort put forth by all its volunteers.
