              Approve date change to 12/10/2008 for the December
meeting or
            to cancel the meeting due to the proximity to the
holidays.
                  Focus of the meeting is tentatively scheduled to be
Down Town 100, homelessness
              Issues, the new approved NRP Plan, Restorative Justice
and Live MSP.

6:45 - 7:45 Bicycle/Pedestrian/Motorist Issues and Conflicts
              The Bike Walk Ambassadors of the City of Minneapolis
will make
              a presentation regarding:

1)    Bike and Pedestrian Laws
a)    Rules of the Road - Minnesota State Law
b)    Sharing the Road
c)    Common Accidents and How to Avoid Them
2)    Infrastructure
a)    How to Use Existing Trails and Paths - Virtual Tour
of New Infrastructure
