Loring Master Plan Wins APA MN Award
The Loring Park Neighborhood Master Plan was chosen as the 2013 winner of the Planning In Context Award by the Minnesota chapter of the American Planning Association. Judged by a national panel of urban planners, the award was accepted by CLPC and the Peter Musty, LLC team at the Upper Midwest Planners Conference in Rochester, MN on Septmber 18th.
